Five Points
Riverside’s eclectic five-way crossroads: vintage racks, global street food, craft taps and a reborn 1927 theater, all packed into a few walkable blocks.
Updated June 2026

If you only have one afternoon to feel like a Jacksonville local, spend it in Five Points. This little five-way intersection is the bohemian heart of Riverside — indie eats, craft beer, vintage racks, and a 1927 theater that just got a second life as a live-music room, all crammed into a handful of strollable blocks on Park and Margaret Streets.
The crowd is wonderfully mixed: young professionals and college students, plus families wandering over from leafy Memorial Park down by the river. It suits just about anyone who likes their afternoons low-key and their nights a little lively. Come for street-food bowls and antique-hunting by day, then stay for rooftop beers and a concert after dark. Best of all, once you park the car you can leave it — everything here is within a few minutes' walk.

Very. The whole district is just a few blocks on Park and Margaret Streets, so once you park the car you can leave it and do everything on foot — shops, restaurants and bars are all within a few minutes' walk of each other.
Where should I park in Five Points?
Parking right at the intersection is the one real hassle, so skip circling it. Use the free and metered street parking on the side streets a block or two off Park and Margaret, or a nearby private lot, then walk. On busy weekend nights, biking, a rideshare or the water taxi are even easier.
