Yes. It's a National Park Service site out on Fort George Island, so it's completely free. You can walk the grounds, see the historic plantation house, and read the history of the people who were enslaved there.
That's Boneyard Beach up at Big Talbot Island on the wild northern coast, where salt-bleached skeletons of fallen live oaks and cedars litter the sand. It's free to walk, and pairs well with nearby Kingsley Plantation for a north-end day.
Friendship Fountain lights up after dark with the skyline behind it, and you can stroll the lit-up St. Johns Riverwalk on both banks. On the first Wednesday of each month, the free Art Walk runs downtown from 5 to 9 p.m.
